The architectural firm of Mochly-Eldar Architects (Abbr. MEA) is a union of I. Eldar Architects Ltd. and Dagan Mochly Architects Ltd. The firm’s history can be traced back to the early 1970’s. After decades of evolution, MEA now consists of almost a hundred employees. The firm has created a calculated mix of professionals to achieve optimum results. 80% are architects: highly experienced senior architects lead teams of creative young architects, supported by skilled architectural technicians. MEA is now ranked within the top three architecture firms in Israel by Dun’s Business Ranking.
MEA is active in all areas of architectural planning and design: urban planning, building design and interior design. These projects are located internationally throughout the world, and locally in Israel itself. The firm's world headquarters is in Haifa with a satellite office in Tel-Aviv. European branch offices are located in Bucharest and Moscow. To coordinate our architectural activities in Asia we formed a Chinese government licensed joint venture in Beijing. Mochly-Eldar Architects (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (Abbr. MEB) was created in 2011 with a highly regarded Chinese partner.
Since its founding, MEA has designed over 2,800 wide ranging projects. The firm has earned an excellent reputation for the design of challenging buildings and multi-building campus complexes. It is the policy of MEA that even for projects constructed abroad, all major design tasks are performed at the offices in Israel, to ensure the highest quality.

The firm especially emphasizesdesign and planning of projects using advanced products and materials, and strict adherence to budget constraints and project schedules.
When requested by the client, MEA also performs overall multi-disciplinary design management and coordination, and utilities coordination.
MEA performs architectural design and planning services, with a special focus on public buildings and industrial buildings, especially bio-pharmaceutical plants, R & D Centers, medical facilities, hospitals, and laboratories. The firm’s clients are in both government and private sectors.
